Yes. We work with small and medium-sized businesses - often owner-run firms with no in-house tech team. You deal with the two founders directly.

There's no charge for the first conversation. After that, every project gets a fixed price in a short written plan before any work starts - no day rates and no surprise invoices. If AI won't pay for itself in your business, the plan says so.

It depends on the job. A simple automation can be running in days; a bigger build takes longer. Either way, you see it working on your real work before you commit to anything bigger.

No. We build around the systems you already use. Even older software with no API can usually work with AI through email, exported files, WhatsApp or the screens your staff already read - here's how.

We only work with the data a job needs. Everything we build is tested on your real cases before it goes live, a person approves anything important, and every action is logged so you can see what happened and when.

Our office is at Better Space, 127 Farringdon Road, London EC1R 3DA - about a seven-minute walk from Farringdon station (Elizabeth line, Thameslink and Tube). Most first conversations happen here over a coffee, or we can come to you anywhere in London.

We're London-based and meet clients in person across London. We also work with businesses elsewhere in the UK over video calls.
