Get yourself up to speed
Use AI properly on your own work, and talk about it with confidence in board meetings and with your team.
Less time reading about AI, more time actually using it.
Over a call or in person, at a time and length that suit you.
Sound familiar?
On your own work, with only the tools worth your time. No reading up, no trial and error, no homework.
When you want to, we look at the whole business: where AI fits and what to do first. If you want it built, we can do that too.
How to think about it
You could teach yourself fitness from YouTube. People still hire a personal trainer, because a good one cuts through the noise, gives you a plan that fits you, and makes sure you turn up.
Learning AI works the same way. We pick the tools and skills worth your time, put the sessions in your diary, and move on as you get better.
And we keep you accountable, for your own progress each week and for what actually changes across your company.
How it works
Most people do 1-2 hours a week for 8 weeks. We fit around your diary, online or at our Farringdon office.
Get comfortable with ChatGPT and Claude: how to ask, how to check the answers, and where they go wrong. We often start with personal tasks, like planning a trip or comparing quotes, so you see what AI can do before we touch work.
Bring a job that eats your week, like a report, a spreadsheet or a pile of email. We work through it together.
Build your own assistants and a simple agent for jobs you do every week, so you see how they work from the inside.
If you want to go there: where AI could help across the business, what to try first and what to leave alone.
No homework. Each session ends with something working that you'll use that week.
Your choice
Use AI properly on your own work, and talk about it with confidence in board meetings and with your team.
Work out where AI could help the whole company, what to try first and what to leave alone. If you want it built, we can do that too.
Start with either, or both. We focus on whatever helps you most.
What you leave with
Not just getting good answers from ChatGPT and Claude. You'll understand APIs, jobs that run on a schedule (cron jobs) and agents that work through a task on their own. That's what lets you spot where AI could take work off your team.
The assistants and shortcuts we set up together stay with you after the sessions end.
Where AI could help across your business, in order, so you can decide what to do next.
If the first session isn't useful, you don't pay for it.
We practise on your own or made-up examples until your company has approved the tools you'll use.
Who'll be coaching you
Leo has run Future Networks since 2021. He builds AI that paying customers use every day, and we've helped 150+ businesses so far. He's an Anthropic-certified consultant.
Before AI, the team built wireless networks for connected devices, GPS positioning networks and street mapping from dashcams. In the field, kit either works or it doesn't, and he holds AI to the same standard.
Before that, at Gartner, he worked with CIOs, CTOs and CEOs of mid-sized organisations across the UK and Ireland on their technology priorities. He studied at UCL.
